Today Nebo School District hosted their tri-annual Captains Academy at the ALC. The academy brings together team captains from each sport across all five Nebo School District High Schools.
The academy focuses on sportsmanship, endurance, and hard work. The speaker today was Jennifer Hughes, Nebo Coach, as well as member of the Utah National Guard.
Hughes' message focused on hard work and dedication. Students were encouraged to not give up and stay focused on their dreams, even if they seem out of reach.
